Description & Requirements
On behalf of Government Legal Department, we are looking for Digital Business Analyst x2 - Inside IR35 for a 6 Month contract based Hybrid - Remote & 3 days p/week in Leeds.
As a Digital Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Analyse and document current data processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
- Identify data quality issues and deviations, supporting the development and implementation of a Data Quality Action Plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and meetings to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose improvements.
- Develop user stories and conduct gap analyses to align business needs with strategic goals.
- Map and document as-is business processes, including system interactions and integration points within Contentious Legal Work.
- Communicate findings and progress clearly, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations to project teams and governance groups.
You'll have:
- Demonstrable Business Analysis experience - to include process mapping, gap analysis & data analysis.
- Case Management system understanding & knowledge.
- Expert complex stakeholder management skills - at all levels.
- A relevant qualification in Business Analysis - desirable.
- Relevant Legal industry experience - highly desirable.
