  • Responsible for developing and publishing high quality, interactive and engaging digital learning modules using Articulate 360.
  • Produce all associated learning assets, guides and job aids that are clear, accessible and aligned to programme messaging.
  • Responsible for delivering and coordinating live training sessions and drop-in sessions (virtual or in-person) where appropriate.
  • Accountable for measuring training effectiveness through feedback, adoption and performance outcomes and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the learning experience for colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with business change and communications colleagues to ensure that the learning approach is consistent and integrated with the wider programme of business change and that learning programmes are promoted and communicated effectively to target audiences.
  • Plan and deliver effective knowledge transfer to upskill change and business colleagues, ensuring that training can continue to be updated and utilised within the business, once the programme has concluded.
