AMS PSR

On behalf of Department for Education, we are looking for a Senior Service Designer Inside IR35for a 6 months contract based Remotely.

As a Senior Service Designer , your main responsibilities will be:

Essential:

• Designing and improving end-to-end services in line with the Government Service Standard
• Leading a range of service design activities including problem framing, journey mapping, prototyping and workshop facilitation
• Using research and data to make informed design decisions and shape service direction
• Translating complex insights into clear, actionable service designs and artefacts
• Designing inclusive, accessible and ethical services that meet public sector accessibility regulations
• Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including product managers, user researchers, business analysts, developers and content designers
• Facilitating collaboration across organisational boundaries, including policy and operational teams
• Supporting teams to adopt iterative, hypothesis-driven and evidence-based design approaches
