We are currently creating a pipeline for an upcoming opportunity for x2 Senior Quantity Surveyors (Inside IR35) for an 8-month hybrid contract that can either be based out of London, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, Newcastle, Manchester, Northstowe, Birmingham, Guildford hybrid (2/3 days in the office)

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your main responsibilities will be:
- Working with colleagues across other directorates in Homes England to provide feedback on expected appropriateness for funding of pipeline projects
- Procure technical due diligence with a view to obtaining funding approval, taking the lead on projects seeking grant funding and managing risk appropriately
- Contribute to meetings with Local Authorities, other Government Departments and other agreed stakeholders in relation to issues and mitigations around project delivery
Essential:
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of UK development / regeneration /housing markets
- Understanding of grant-based public sector programmes
- Experience of managing funding agreements and funding conditions
