On behalf of the Environment Agency we are looking for a Project Support Administrator - (Inside IR35) for a 12-month contract working on a hybrid basis and with flexible attendance in your closest DEFRA office

As a Project Support Administrator - (Inside IR35) , your main responsibilities will be:
- Help coordinate learning offers and leadership programmes for thousands of colleagues.
- Support the rollout of our Capability Framework through planning, engagement and tracking.
- Work with others to plan communications, manage stakeholder relationships, and support continuous improvement.
- Use data and insight to inform decisions and share impact stories.
- Embrace change, learn on the go, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
What you bring:
- Strong organisational and communication skills – you can juggle priorities and communicate clearly with different audiences.
- A curious, proactive and collaborative mindset – you're keen to learn, share ideas and support others.
- Experience (or interest) in L&D, talent or cultural change.
- Comfort using digital tools & LMS platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
- The ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure, and help others do the same.
