On behalf of National Savings & Investments, we are looking for a Programme Finance Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month hybrid contract based out of London, Lytham St Anne, Glasgow or Durham..

As a Programme Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Financial Process Management: Oversee and manage financial processes within a complex transformation programme.
- Data Conversion & Reporting: Retrieve raw financial data from programme managers, convert it into management information, and present findings to senior stakeholders (e.g., Non-Executive Directors, Transformation SRO, Delivery Directors).
- Forecasting & Supplier Management: Perform financial forecasting for Statements of Work (SoWs) across multiple suppliers and report back to the central Finance function.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure financial insights are communicated clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Process Implementation: Implement relevant financial processes to support programme delivery within a programme management office
Essential:
- Proven ability to act as a key liaison between multiple teams, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, pivot charts, and data visualization through standard graphs.
- Strong experience with Power BI, demonstrating the ability to integrate and analyze data from diverse sources to produce actionable insights.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, understanding and translating their requirements into practical solutions
- Demonstrated involvement in digital transformation or change programs, showcasing adaptability and contribution to process improvement initiatives.
- You must be a qualified/part qualified accountant
