On behalf of Government Legal Department, we are looking for a Organisation Design and Development Consultant - (Inside IR35) for a 12 months contract working on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week working at one of the following office sites: London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol
As a Organisation Design and Development Consultant - (Inside IR35) your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide Organisation Design expertise, leading the design and delivery of impactful Organisation Design (OD) interventions as well as building OD capability across GLD HR and wider that aligns with the delivery of the Department’s priorities and Values.
- Working in partnership with the DG, Directors and Senior Leadership Teams, providing advice, coaching support and challenge to deliver business change and transformation, and to provide support on a range of people issues.
- Connecting and collaborating with GLD HR and other corporate colleagues to provide the business with effective people approaches and solutions particularly in the context of strategic workforce planning and departmental resourcing.
- Stepping in to advise on complex, often highly sensitive, employee relations issues where the Civil Service HR Casework remit ends and being assured that line managers are making the most of that service
Essential:
- Understanding of Organisation Design and Development
- Experience in delivering Organisation Design and Development within large organisations
- Chartered MCIPD or equivalent experience
Desirable:
- Public Sector Experience
- Experience within the legal sector
- HRBP experience
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
