Description & Requirements

Overview

We will shortly be recruiting for a number of Organisation Design roles for DHSC. These range between SCS1, G7 & G6 levels, and will be hybrid, based between London & Leeds. Individual roles will be advertised shortly, but if you are interested, please apply for early consideration.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering organisational design and transformation programmes at scale
  • Strong leadership and people management experience, including coaching high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly at senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a data-driven approach
  • Experience establishing governance and structured design methodologies
  • Solid understanding of organisational design principles, workforce modelling, and change impact
  • Experience with data-led design tools or platforms (e.g. Orgvue or similar)
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • High attention to detail, with strong communication and collaboration skills
