AMS PSR

On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for X20 EO Caseworkers (Inside IR35) for a hybrid contract based in London up until 31/3/27.

As an EO Caseworker, your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead Decision-Making: Review and investigate requests, applying policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle Sensitive Information: Manage personal data with the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
• Communicate with Care: Respond promptly and empathetically to queries, ensuring applicants feel supported throughout the process.
• Analyse and Act: Examine documentation, request additional details, and make informed decisions based on evidence.
• Collaborate for Success: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results.
• Keep Records Spot-On: Maintain accurate case notes and data to support reporting and resource planning.
• Champion Governance: Follow DARR protocols to ensure transparency and accountability in every decision.

Essential:

• SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. 
• Sole UK National
• Confident using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Previous casework /administration experience in case working roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Public Sector experience
• Ability to analyse complex information and apply government policy accurately.
• A natural professional curiosity

Desirable:

• Aware of Atlas, which is very similar to DAX
