AMS PSR

On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Case Worker (MHL) Inside IR35 for a 6 month contract based REMOTELY. The role can be worked part time or full time.

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference will be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. 

As a Case Worker, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Process all requests in line with legislation and MOD guidance, managing cases from allocation to closure.
• Source, prepare, copy, check, redact, and present data accurately; update case management systems and databases promptly
• Maximise operational efficiencies and suggest improvements to workflows.
• Liaise with line managers on complex cases and support AO/AA colleagues as needed
• Provide statistics when requested and undertake additional tasks appropriate to the role and grade.

Essential:

• Strong IT Skills
• MS Office and MS Teams
• Experience of reviewing and transforming processes and procedures in a digitised environment
• Experience collating info, and ensuring data integrity
• Strong oral and written English language skills
• Suitable home WIFI is needed
• Experience of following relevant policies, procedures, and legislation to complete your work. 

• An ability to create clear plans and set priorities which meet the needs of both the customer and the business, identifying common problems that affect service, reporting them and suggesting possible solutions 

Desirable:

• A background in Insurance/litigation/claims handling would be highly beneficial

• Admin experience

• Managing resources to ensure colleagues have the correct tools and resources available to them to do their jobs regularly check performance against objectives, making suggestions for improvement or taking corrective action where necessary.
