On behalf of NCA, we are looking for a Business Change Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based UK Wide (Hybrid - attend the nearest NCA hub).
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
As a Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Preparing the business for the changes delivered across the programme, ensuring smooth transition and benefit realisation.
- Acting as a bridge between the project team and end users, supporting the planning and execution of all change‑related activities.
- Coordinating a blended team of Business Change Managers across multiple work packages.
- Working closely with Programme Leadership and the Head of CMO to define effective ways of working within the change team.
- Providing guidance, coaching, and best‑practice change frameworks to internal CMO staff.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and readiness assessments.
- Ensuring all change activities align with project delivery goals and wider organisational objectives.
Essential:
- AMPG Change Management Practitioner or PROSCI Practitioner certification (minimum requirement).
- Strong background in Change Management, delivering successful business change across complex environments.
- Proven experience in Stakeholder Engagement, with the ability to influence and manage relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrable understanding of Project Delivery principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey change impacts clearly and persuasively.
