On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for a Business Relationship Commercial Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 months contract based in London 1-2 days per week in the office

As a Business Relationship Commercial Manager , your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure Contracts are managed efficiently, financially sound, and aligned with the strategic goals of the business
- Manage and oversee business commercial and financial requirements within a government department
- Ensure that the commercial and financial operations of the department are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the overall goals of the Governemnt.
- Contract Management plays a vital role in ensuring that contracts are managed effectively and deliver value for money.
- Ensure that the business requirements within projects are commercially and financially viable and aligned with the organisation's overall goals.
Essential:
- Supplier Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Foster strong partnerships and engagement to support strategic goals and service delivery.
- Financial Oversight & Budget Management: Monitor budgets, ensure financial accountability, and support cost-effective decision-making.
- Contract Development, Compliance & Risk Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, and proactively manage risks.
- Strategic Planning & Performance Optimization: Drive long-term planning initiatives to align operations with organizational objective
Desirable:
- Home office systems experience
- CIPS or MCIPS
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
