On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for a Business Change Manager x3 (Inside IR35) on 8 month contract's which are hybrid role's so require up to 2 days a week in the London Office

Leading on the delivery of programme business change activity, working with the G6/G7 Head of Business Change to support delivery of the Business Case, benefits and outcomes.
Acting as a bridge between the project/delivery and ASRA business users to ensure that activities are planned and completed to enable the business to implement the agreed change and realise the business benefits
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
As a Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Establish and maintain the change plan for specific areas of responsibility
- Identify and classify stakeholders, ensuring their inclusion in stakeholder engagement plan.
- Providing visible and effective leadership, lead the business change management activity and work with stakeholders to deliver the Business Case benefits and outcomes
- Developing clear vision and standards to champion the use of best practice business change management standards, tools and processes.
- Improve local co-ordination and delivery of change projects through the development of local change roadmaps and specialist advice on how to implement.
- Ensuring effective communications with all areas of the business that they represent.
- Benefits identification and mapping.
- Undertake other duties within the scope of grade and within the limits of skill competence/training as required
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience as a business change professional ideally within central government
- Stakeholder engagement experience at all levels within a fast paced department
- Experience across a government major projects portfolio
- Benefits mapping experience and skillset
- Strong self starter with a proactive approach to all duties
Qualifications
- Formal business change qualification is an essential requirement for these roles.
