AMS PSR

We are looking for Project Managers  Inside IR35  for a 3-6 months  contract based in Glasgow

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. 

As a Project Manager  your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports, governance updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and governance forums, ensuring actions, decisions, and outcomes are tracked and delivered.

Essential:

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to completion within a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
