AMS PSR

On behalf of DFE - Student Loans Company, we are looking for a Project Manager - Inside IR35 for a 12 Month contract based Hybrid - Remote & 2 days p/week in Glasgow.

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Monitor and report on project progress, detailing key milestones and dependencies, including Change/Technical Change projects.
• Follow project management standards methodologies, and practices set by the SLC Programme Manager and Enterprise PMO.
• Deliver technology & change projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, cost/resource forecasting, and external supplier scopes of work.
• Maintain dialogue with suppliers and stakeholders, manage third-party contributions, and coordinate teams across departments.
• Contribute to the project management 'centre of excellence,' share lessons learned, and seek team guidance when needed.

You'll have: 

• Demonstrable Project Management experience, including managing internal and external suppliers and leading multi-discipline teams.
• Technology and Change Delivery, with experience in delivering IT-based systems and project solutions.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to senior audiences.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate at all levels.
• Strong MS Office suite knowledge, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project, and experience managing and controlling project budgets. 
• Salesforce / AWS & GDPR implementation experience - desirable.
