- Delivery Management: Plan, coordinate, and track the delivery of multiple security engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities, scope, and timelines.
- Framework Alignment: Embed delivery practices consistent with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover) and DevSecOps principles (continuous integration, automation, and feedback loops).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between Security Engineering, Technology, and Programme Management, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement repeatable delivery processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, risk and dependency tracking, and quality assurance.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across security initiatives, escalating where appropriate.
- Reporting and Metrics: Produce delivery dashboards and progress reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes.

- Team Enablement: Support engineering teams in removing delivery blockers, improving collaboration, and building predictable throughput.
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, or Project Manager within technology or security functions.
- Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, frameworks, and engineering practices.
- Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks, and experience applying them pragmatically in delivery.
- Experience with Agile or DevSecOps delivery methods and tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.).
