AMS PSR

On behalf of the Met Office, we are looking for a Business Continuity Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 7 Month contract based Hybrid in Exeter.

As a Business Continuity Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

Essential:

• Conduct Business Impact Analysis with departments to identify critical processes, resources, recovery objectives, and dependencies.
• Assist in the design and develop department-level Business Continuity Plans & IT Service Continuity plans, working closely with departments.
• Collaborate with the Risk Management team to ensure alignment with organizational risk strategies.
• Produce and maintain business continuity process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practices in business continuity and IT resilience
• Support business recovery, crisis management, and disaster-preparedness planning within the organization.

Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
