AMS PSR

On behalf of the Met Office, we are creating a pipeline for an upcoming opportunity for a Head of People (Strategic review) (Inside IR35) for a 6 week, hybrid contract in Exeter.

As a Head of People (Strategic review), your main responsibilities will be:

• To review whether the existing practices are conducive to the Met Office aim of enabling/ building management capability and creating a more skilled and diverse workforce

• The effectiveness of processes relating to case-management

• The integration between People Operations and the wider People & Culture team specifically those partnering the business

Essential:

• HR People operations experience
• Employee relations
• Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to produce reports to a senior level

Desirable:

• CIPD
