On behalf of Sellafield, we are looking for x4 Training Developer (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based onsite in Workington, Cumbria, everyday.

As a Training Developer, your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyse, design and develop SAT‑based training materials in line with Sellafield procedures.
- Deliver high‑quality training outputs to agreed project and programme schedules.
- Adapt to changing project priorities, ensuring replacement work aligns with business needs.
- Run training pilots and refine content based on outcomes.
- Deliver training courses where required
- Complete post‑training evaluations and action feedback.
- Support audits, reviews and continuous improvement activities.
- Coach SMEs on using and delivering developed training materials.
- Share SAT best practice and collaborate with team members.
- Contribute to peer reviews and training meetings
- Maintain required technical and behavioural standards and complete all mandated Sellafield training.
Essential:
- Strong training design skills – able to analyse needs and create engaging, SAT‑aligned learning content.
- Confident using digital systems, including LMS platforms and organisational tools.
- Excellent collaborator – works effectively with SMEs and technical experts to validate and refine content.
- Proactive and self‑managing, able to drive delivery without close supervision.
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
