On behalf of HM Land Registry, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Inside IR35) for a contract up to Feb 2026 (with possible extension) on a hybrid basis (3 days from Croydon or Plymouth).

As a Senior Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be to:

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure a clear understanding of business needs.
• Will be working across the business including operations, corporate services (Fusion, Oracle) and IT procurements (Networks) 

Essential:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and management within a business analysis context, engaging with stakeholders to gather comprehensive business, functional, and technical requirements using various techniques
• Strong understanding of requirements documentation techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing changes to requirements and ensuring traceability.
• Ability to analyse complex information and present it in a clear and understandable way to Stakeholders
• Monitor and manage changes to requirements following stakeholder reviews, assessing the impacts and providing recommendations for change.
