On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Project Manager Inside IR35 for a 24 months contract based Hybrid 4 days a week in Corsham.

Within the Serial Crypto Team, we’re looking for new Project Manager to join us at Defence Digital (MoD). This includes everything from digital, cyber defence, artificial intelligence, data protection and operating complex IT systems to military radios, military satellites and information security.
DV Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active DV clearance.
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Work closely with the Capability Workstream lead on variety of projects ensuring that they are executed to a high standard according to established project management processes, leading to delivered solutions across all of Defence and into wider government
- Day to day management of equipment delivery to end users and input to all programme outputs
- Create, maintain, and update delivery schedules ensuring Risks & Issues are Identified and monitored, developing mitigating actions and escalations as appropriate
- Identify, record, and manage key stakeholders and develop effective relationships to ensure deliveries are met.
- Manage the delivery contracts ensuring quality of delivery is being met against the set requirements to Time Cost and performance tolerances.
- Oversee test programme to independently check that a product, service, or system meets requirements and specifications and that it fulfils its intended purpose.
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in scheduling and planning, risk and issue and requirements writing
- Experience of delivering a mixture medium or large-scale projects and broad programme or project management
- Experience of applying recognised waterfall and/or agile project delivery methodologies
Desirable:
- Experience in Crypto
- Experience in comms
