AMS PSR

On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a HR Business Partner Support (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based Cardiff 2-3 days per week.

As a HR Business Partner Support  , your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide proactive, professional HR support to facilitate the delivery of HR and People plans.
• Support Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Panning, and performance planning.
• Assist in Organisation Change programmes through development and Implementation Phases
• Offer project management Support tracking, measuring, and communicating progress.
• Conduct research, reporting, analysis, and produce reports to support HR initiatives
• Identify and develop solutions to continuously improve HR support to the business.

Essential: 

• Previous HR experience in a large complex organisation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge.(ideally Oracle)

Desirable:

• CIPD
