On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for (x2) Programme Office Support (Inside IR35) for a 6 month hybrid contract based in Bristol.

The work really matters; the MOD offers a range of engaging roles which have a direct impact on the quality of services they provide, in many locations across the UK. We support teams working in HR, Primary Health Care, Corporate Services, and many others.
As a Programme Office SUpport, your main responsibilities will be:
- PMO support tasks including coordination and tracking of delivery activities.
- Category data collation, analysis, and presentation for decision-making.
- Establishing category benefits profiles and managing benefit handshakes.
- Category-level risk and issue management.
- Stakeholder communications and engagement across NADG & MSHQ.
- Specific duties in Benefits Management and Benefits Mapping for one position.
Essential:
- Proven ability to support programme management offices, including coordination of delivery activities, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
- Demonstrated capability in collating, analysing, and presenting category data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks and issues within category or programme environments.
- Skilled in communicating and engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility across programme activities.
- Experience in establishing benefits profiles, managing benefit handshakes, and mapping benefits to programme outcomes for one of the positions.
- Ideally, hold active SC Clearance.
