AMS PSR

On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Lead Software Developer (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based Hybrid in Bristol or Blackpool.

As a Lead Software Developer, your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and implement the platform to support strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier onboarding.
• Work with Business Architects and Subject Matter Experts to design a Source to Contract Technical Solution, ensuring requirements are met and architectural/design principles are adhered to.
• Contribute to implementation planning through creation of technical documentation: design specs, integration maps and configuration guides.
• Develop workflows, forms, approval processes, templates, and user interfaces using configuration tools.
• Identify and extend functionalities using APIs and scripting capabilities per detailed design.
• Work with wider delivery team to develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test (UAT) cases.

Essential:

• Must have previous experience with Jaggaer

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.  Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
