On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Junior Customer Insights Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based REMOTELY.

Following the publication of the government’s Levelling Up White Paper, Homes England has also been tasked with a core role in spearheading regeneration, partnering with places to reduce economic disparity, empower local leaders and create equal opportunities across the country to ensure communities reach their full potential.
As a Junior Customer Insights Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
- Listen to customer calls and gather relevant data to understand customer needs and experiences.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Use Excel and Power BI to analyse data and generate insights that inform decision-making.
- Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements in service delivery.
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
