On behalf of NHSBT, we are looking for a HR Administrators x 4 - (Inside IR35) for a 6-month contract working remotely with occasional flexible attendance in the Bristol office
NHSBT requires the provision of four experienced HR Administrators with a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale organisational change programmes within a unionised NHS or public sector setting.
These Administrators will support the planning, consultation, and implementation phases of the programme, ensuring all people processes are conducted in accordance with NHSBT policy, employment legislation, and recognised best practice.
As an HR Administrator - (Inside IR35), your main responsibilities will be:
- Support Project and Operational Support Managers with colleague engagement to undertake individual consultation meetings
- Provide expert HR advice to operational leaders, Project Teams, and Trade Union representatives.
- Ensure all documentation, outcome letters are completed accurately and on time.
- Proactively manage people risks and issues, providing solutions to enable programme delivery.
- Support employee wellbeing and provide clear, timely communication throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with NHSBT organisational change policy and employment legislation.
Skills and Expertise Required
- Significant experience in organisational change management within the NHS or unionised public sector.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams, sites, and conflicting priorities under pressure.
- Discretion and sensitivity in handling complex people matter.

- Flexibility and with a willingness to travel – (You will be required to travel to locations such as Stoke on Trent, Cornwall and Kent which will be fully expensed. Overnight stays if required will also be expected to these locations)
