As these technologies become increasingly integral to modern vehicles, the need for robust type approvals that rely on simulated evidence has never been greater. This new team will be focused on supporting the use of modelling and simulation to ensure compliance with UNECE regulation. Although this team will be primarily focused on dynamic behaviour it will represent an opportunity to further the capabilities for other forms of simulated evidence for type approval.

  • Setting the direction and using there experience in the wider authority
  • Stakeholder engagement with all levels across the team
  • Develop mathematical and computational models of digital circuits and systems.
  • Collaborate with DFT engineers to incorporate testability features into chip models
  • Work closely with design, verification, and manufacturing teams to align simulation models with real-world test strategies.

Essential Skills

  • Using industry recognised software to evaluate vehicle dynamic performance for ADAS / ADS applications.
  • Validating simulation models against experimental data.
  • Stakeholder engagement at all levels across the team
