On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Senior Information Security Manager for a 6 Month contract based in Bristol.


As a Senior Information Security Manager, your main responsibilities will be:


  • To lead and manage CS&IA interactions across the AGR’s future missions programme.
  • Liaising with senior leaders, engineering teams, and external entities such as ONR and EDF.
  • To represent the CISO and shape the deliverables for CS&IA.
  • Providing expert guidance on performance against company standards, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
  • Benchmarking against industry standards in the relevant technical subject area.
  • To enable and influence the function to achieve its objectives in a safe and secure manner.


Essential:


  • Proven experience in leading cybersecurity initiatives, particularly in complex environments.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with senior leaders and external entities.
  • Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and information assurance (CS&IA).
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
