On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a PMO Analyst for a 6 months contract based REMOTELY with travel to Bristol as per business requirements


As a PMO Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to:


  • Support portfolio prioritisation by tracking initiatives against strategic objectives and benefits.
  • Assist with pipeline management for new IT demand, including intake, triage, and early stage assessment.
  • Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, KPIs, and reports covering delivery confidence, schedule health, and cost performance, producing high quality packs and presentations to agreed standards and timescales.
  • Proactively monitor and challenge programme progress, clearly articulating risks and issues, escalating where required, and ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including the IT PMO Manager, Project Managers, and Head of IT Programmes, on delivery status.

Identify, manage, and escalate programme and project risks and issues, ensuring clear ownership and mitigation actions.

  • Identify opportunities to automate PMO reporting and processes (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, tooling enhancements).


Essential:


  • Proven experience as a PMO professional
  • Proactive approach, including seeking support when needed and identifying gaps
  • Strong ability to recognise and analyse gaps in processes or delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI, including dashboard creation and reporting
