Description & Requirements


On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Change Training Coordinator x2 (Inside IR35) for a 2 year contract based remotely but does Include up to 3 days a week in the Bristol office, please note there will be occasional travel to other sites and these visits will be expensed

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of Business Change and Training Coordination who will be responsible for scheduling business change and training/awareness requirements to support the adoption of IT systems and services changes for the transfer and onboarding of two sites based in South West of Scotland and South West of England into NRS for ongoing nuclear decommissioning lifecycle management. Focus on maintaining the safe, compliant and secure business operations, and people change imperatives in support of this business transfer programme will be key to successful delivery.

 

This role involves scheduling and delivery of change management & training/awareness requirements to ensure successful transfer and adoption of post transfer business processes, systems, and technologies as appropriate.  You’ll work with a small team including a Business Change Manager, Business Change Analyst and another Business Change Coordinator within an IT & Records programme workstream and be expected to work and engage with the other programme workstreams, transferring sites and the wider NRS business functions etc.  


As a Change Training Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be:

  

  • Develop prioritise & coordinate the delivery of business change & training/awareness schedules and communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with transferring sites personnel as well as business process owners, subject matter experts and functional training/awareness delivery champions to deliver the schedules.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of respective business change schedules.
  • Proactively chase down and/or escalate attendance issues where necessary.
  • Support the maintenance of safe, compliant and secure business operations, and people change imperatives.
  • Identification, capture and sharing of lessons learnt and associated enactment of timely continuous improvement activities.

Desirable Skills


  • Experience in developing and delivering business change training/awareness schedules in IT change/transformation/transition and M&A type scenarios.
