AMS PSR

On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Business Change Analyst Inside IR35 for a 24 months contract based Hybrid 3 days in Bristol.

As a Business Change Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

• You will be a key component in supporting the NRS Future Missions agenda, with an organisation set to double in size, addressing the complexities and opportunities of an increased scale of business operations.
• You will be supporting the planned growth of the NRS nuclear decommissioning portfolio and working with the users & functions of the sites transitioning into NRS.
• We are looking for someone with a proven track record of IT Business Systems Support and Development to work across key business systems (ERP, FP&A, Reporting solutions). You will be responsible for end user support (circa 3,500 users), user access, identifying, configuration, testing, data loading, maintenance of solutions to support the requirements of IT Operations and IT projects.
• You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify system needs, provide technical support, and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in supporting and developing the main ERP (Unit4 ERP), FP&A, Reporting systems and project delivery.

Essential:

• Minimum of 1 year developing Unit 4 ERP in a SaaS environment and providing support for Unit 4 ERP, FP&A.
• Minimum of 3 years as a functional user of Unit 4 ERP.
• Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple workstreams.
• Continuous learning mindset and familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and cybersecurity best practices.

Desirable:

• Degree / Professional qualification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of database schema and SQL coding skills (desirable).
