AMS PSR

On behalf of our client we are looking for an Organisation Design (OD) Support (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract on a hybrid basis (2-3 days from Bristol, remainder remote/WFH).

The role purpose:

Help to implement a new organisation design structure, delivering maximum impact and outcomes for our client’s operations and its people.

Strategy:  

• Join the Shared Service Operating Model (SSOM) Organisation Design team to support the implementation of a new organisational structure, laying the foundations to create a high-performance growth culture within the shared service centre.  
• This work will play a key role in shaping our client’s business future and contribute to the delivery of our client’s new operating model and Corporate Plan 2025/26 – 2029/30.

Responsibilities:

• Support organisational design and restructure initiatives to support our client’s strategy.
• Provide support, advice and guidance to assist senior stakeholders and the Board to drive transformational change.
• Provide expert employee relations support during restructures and organisational change.
• Help manage the end-to-end restructure process, from consultation to implementation.
• Help to communicate the change.
• Coach and support senior leadership team through the change.
• Deliver practical, hands-on HR solutions in a fast-moving environment.  

Timeline: 

• Develop an action plan with defined next steps to support the implementation of the new OD.    

This is to include:

• Work with peers across the business to advocate consistent organisational design. 

Evaluation:

• Identify how the success of the OD will be measured and monitor and report performance.

Essential: 

• SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.  Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. 
• Expertise and experience in organisation design as part of an organisation’s transformation strategy
• Experienced HR professional to drive transformational change and restructures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively
