AMS PSR

On behalf of our client we are looking for an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Lead (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract on a hybrid basis (2-3 days from Bristol, remainder remote/WFH).

The role purpose:

Designing a great employee value proposition for the shared service centre and producing an implementation roadmap 

Strategy: 

• Working alongside the Org Design and Comms teams, validate the unique benefits offered to attract and retain talent identified as part of the phase 1 deliverables.  

Timeline: 

• To develop an action plan with defined next steps to support the implementation of the new EVP. 

This is to include:

• Identifying creative and relevant ways to communicate the EVP to people our client is trying to attract and retain.
• Incorporate the EVP into induction plans, reward and recognition schemes, internal communications, policies, and Corporate Plan, so that it is reflected in daily operations.
• Defined next steps to support implementation of the EVP, including details of when key milestones are expected to be achieved.

Evaluation: 

• Identify how the success of the EVP will be measured.

Essential: 

• SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.  Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. 
• Experience of working on an EVP for a large multi-national organisation 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively
