AMS PSR

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Channel Strategy Lead and Support (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract on a hybrid basis (2-3 days from Bristol, remainder remote/WFH).

The role purpose:

Development of a comprehensive strategy for how our client’s business interacts with its customers across various channels, ensuring a common, improved user-experience for all customers of the shared service centre

Strategy:

• Join the Shared Service Operating Model (SSOM) team to lead/support the development and execution of a comprehensive channel strategy and orchestration layer, building on the CSM phase 1 deliverable.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with critical stakeholders and ensure their on-going satisfaction and overall success. 
• This work will play a key role in shaping our client’s future and will contribute to the delivery of our new operating model and Corporate Plan 2025/26 – 2029/30.

Timeline: 

• Develop an action plan with defined next steps to support the implementation of the Channel Strategy, with details of when key milestones are expected to be achieved.  

Evaluation:  

• Identify how success will be measured and monitor and report performance.

Essential: 

• SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.  Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. 
• Expertise and experience in channel management 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to create relationships with clients and become a client advocate
