AMS PSR

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Branding Lead (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract on a hybrid basis (2-3 days from Bristol, remainder remote/WFH).

The role purpose:

Development of a comprehensive branding strategy to promote the brand’s shared service centre in a way that resonates with our client’s customers

Strategy:

• Working alongside the Org Design and Comms teams, and taking into consideration our client’s policy which governs the use of the identity, develop a brand identity, branding strategy and communication plan based on the CSM phase 1 deliverable. 

Timeline: 

• Develop an action plan with defined next steps to support a re-branding exercise with details of when key milestones are expected to be achieved.  

Evaluation: 

• Identify how to analyse and reporting on brand performance.

Essential: 

• SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.  Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. 
• Experience of working on marketing and the development of branding strategies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively
