On behalf of HSE, we are looking for a Digital Content Designer (Inside IR35) for a 5 Month contract based REMOTELY/ in Bootle.

As a Content Designer your main responsibilities will be:
- Create and iterate user-centred content efficiently and to a high standard use analytics, user feedback, and user research to evaluate and improve content build strong relationships with stakeholders across projects and subject areas.
- Influencing and collaborating with them to improve content quality agree clear targets and evaluation criteria to demonstrate the impact of design improvements establish and maintain relationships with other user-centred design professionals in HSE and across-government.
- Manage the delivery of a range of content improvement work, including for very complex guidance projects, creating content and materials, for example, on making statutory and technical documents accessible iterating content in digital services creating new guidance and services for the Building Safety Regulator.
Essential:
- Creating, iterating, publishing and managing high-quality, user-centred content building relationships with stakeholders to understand their goals and working with them.
- To improve user journeys and content quality making complex language and processes easy to understand managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Identifying emerging issues, trends and opportunities which might impact or benefit your work.
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
