On behalf of Crown Commercial Services, we are looking for a Business Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based in Birmingham, Liverpool or Newport (2 days per week on site).
Crown Commercial Services (CCS) is the largest public procurement organisation in the UK.

Skills needed for this role
- Agile Delivery & Prioritisation: Identify and compare delivery approaches, guide teams to choose the best methods, prioritise work, and manage outcomes aligned to MVPs.
- Business Analysis & Improvement: Lead investigative work, analyse complex information, and create recommendations to enhance services, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Modelling, Architecture & Digital Expertise: Build complex business models, contribute to target operating models, and apply strong digital understanding to implement effective solutions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test cases, ensure traceability to requirements, define test conditions, execute test plans, and analyse results to highlight risks.
- Stakeholder & User Focus: Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly, represent user needs authentically, and guide teams in effective user‑centric approaches.
- Innovation, Methods & Tools Leadership: Champion innovation, ensure teams use the right tools and methodologies, and lead on defining and managing complex requirements.
