On behalf of AWE, we are looking for a Financial Business Partner Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based in Aldermaston 2 days per week.

Their role in nuclear deterrence and their specialist technical assistance to nuclear threat reduction is vital in the defence against the most serious threats faced by the UK. As a Financial Business Partner Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage and deliver all assigned financial activities to agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement functional strategy, driving delivery of objectives and continuous improvement.
- Lead and coordinate team deliverables, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure integrity, compliance, and accurate analysis of financial information across all outputs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain a robust internal financial control and governance framework, ensuring adherence to processes
Essential:
- DV clearance or minimum SC and willing to go through DV Clearance process
- Ability to manage timely and accurate provision of financial information, ensuring integrity and compliance with financial processes.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills to provide meaningful financial insights for decision-making.
- Proven experience in leading, developing, and coordinating finance teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at senior levels.
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
