AMS PSR

On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Certified Workday HCM Consultant (Inside IR35) for an initial 4 months contract with possibility to extend till March 2027 based hybrid in the UK. This role requires ad hoc basis travel to Swindon.

As a Certified Workday HCM Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading and supporting delivery of the Workday HCM platform (Recruiting & Reporting focus)
• Configuring enhancements, business processes, reporting, security, and data loads
• Managing BAU support, service requests, and change initiatives
• Optimising Workday Recruiting workflows and HR business processes
• Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
• Conducting impact assessments for releases and system changes
• Collaborating with HR, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Managing Workday releases and ensuring effective change management
• Providing expert guidance, demos, and consultancy to stakeholders
• Ensuring data quality, security compliance, and governance standards

Essential:

• Strong expertise in core Workday HCM
• Proven experience in Workday Recruiting & Reporting/Analytics
• Strong knowledge of Workday security configuration (security groups)
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, workshops, and requirements gathering
• Workday HCM certification
• Experience working within the public sector

Desirable:

• Workday Recruiting certification
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
