Description & Requirements

On behalf of ARIA - Advanced Research & Invention Agency we are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (Inside IR35) for a 4 month contract based 2-3 days per week in London.

 

As a Senior Procurement Manager, your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Lead end-to-end procurement and commercial delivery for research programmes
  • Run solicitations and funding processes, from design through to evaluation and award
  • Develop clear selection criteria for funding recipients aligned to programme needs
  • Work closely with Programme Directors and technical teams to deliver funding rounds at pace
  • Lead commercial aspects of competitions, including applicant engagement and negotiations
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure smooth, compliant delivery of procurement outcomes
  • Support effective decision-making in complex, fast-moving environments

 

Essential: 

  • Strong experience delivering procurements or funding processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Good commercial judgement and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving at pace

 

Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
