Description & Requirements


On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Transformation Performance Analyst (Inside IR35) for an 18 month contract which is a hybrid role so does require up to 2 days a month in a NRS location

To produce business performance reports for a range of internal and external stakeholders in compliance with relevant company policies and procedures.


As a Transformation Performance Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Assists in reporting overall Divisional and Company performance to various internal and external stakeholders;
  • Liaise with Sites and central Functions in the delivery of Company and Divisional level reporting;
  • Support the Reporting Manager in delivering the monthly Company performance report to the NDA in accordance with PCP-M/PCP 12 & 13;
  • Support the Company in reporting business performance to EnergySolutions and the Board;
  • Compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures, work instructions and risk assessments. Support the continuous improvement of Health, Safety Environment and Quality on Site.
  • As a customer-focused individual, the post holder will be expected to support delivery within his or her range of skills, knowledge, experience and competence
  • Support the effective deployment of company-wide policies, processes, systems and procedures ensuring that at all time the business remains compliant. This includes, but is not limited to, the need to comply with the company’s Equality and Diversity Policy and undertake identified associated learning and development activities.


Essential Skills


  • Experience across financial management and reporting
  • Experience of putting together business & client performance reports, forecasting spend for resourcing personnel
  • Extensive experience of cost engineering or management accounting
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Earned Value Management and reporting techniques
  • Work with a wide team of stakeholders including project management and PMO teams
  • Strong self starter with a positive, pro active approach to all duties


Qualifications


  • Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Business/finance qualification to HNC/D level or equivalent
