Description & Requirements


On behalf of HM Land Registry, we are looking for a Principle Business Analyst Inside IR35 for a 4 months contract based 3 days a week in either Coventry, Gloucester or Croydon.

As a Principle Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead on the work with Business Improvement teams on business readiness and the identification of BAU enhancements and their solutions to ensure that defined project benefits are delivered
  • Understand and analyse user and business needs
  • Ensure outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy, delivering to the business architecture.
  • Challenge constructively and act critically to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose
  • Manage the delivery of change against a fully auditable process
  • Coordinate change with policy and strategy to ensure business systems, workflows and processes contribute to the target operating model.


Essential:

  • Experience in working in an Agile environment
  • Extensive experience in task management
  • Experience in developing and analysing business cases
  • Previous experience in PESTLE analysis
  • Previous experience of running discovery in government


Desirable: 

  • Knowledge of the housing market
  • Geospatial knowledge
