Description & Requirements

On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator - (INSIDE IR35) for a 6-month working on a hybrid basis and with an expectation of 3 days attendance in the London, Waterloo office

As a Recruitment Coordinator - (INSIDE IR35) , your essential responsibilities will be:

  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process for recruitment campaigns.
  • Support all recruitment coordination and administration support including, diary management, logistics and room bookings using applicant tracking systems, and update relevant systems and spreadsheets.
  • Create engaging adverts on social platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Develop great relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business, helping them to follow the recruitment timelines.
  • Manage candidate on-boarding process, ensuring timely completion and both manager and applicant are regularly updated.
  • Work on projects with the team to continually drive improvements to the service.
  • Executive / Senior recruitment / Resourcing experience
  • Exceptional organisation skills and experience – Will be booking meeting rooms, recruitment packs
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
  • Must be flexible and may need to travel
