On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a HR Training Administrator Inside IR35 for a 3 month (possible extension) based Hybrid working (3 days per week in Milton Keynes office and remaining WFH)

The main duties and responsibilities of the HR Training Administrator would be to:
- Act as the Coordinator between the Leadership and Personal Development Team, HR Shared Services and customers in scheduling and booking training courses, events and interventions using the relevant systems
- Act as the lead contact with HR to support programmes. Ensure all courses are fully utilised and all records in the training system are properly maintained. Recommend programme cancellations where necessary to avoid cancellation charges.
- Identify additional resources, facilities and equipment to deliver the training plan whilst building and maintaining relationships with external venues to ensure they are fully resourced.
- Co-ordinate the commitments of training providers to ensure fully resourced training delivery
- Manage the procurement of training providers, goods and services and record expenditure
- Collate and produce periodic data for the team and wider business and ad hoc reports as required
- Proactively manage and process any programmes queries from line managers, HR colleagues, training consultants, training providers and other stakeholders in order to resolve queries and identify areas of improvement
- Manage team centralised communications including joining instructions and programme information for distribution to delegates and the wider team
- Coordinate large events related to Frontline and Senior portfolio
- Identify and facilitate continuous improvement programmes and initiatives within the team to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Provide appropriate support to the wider team as required to deliver an efficient and improving leadership development service for Network Rail and its people.
Essential:
- Educated to GCSE/O level standard in English and Maths or equivalent
- Relevant administration experience
- Experience in a HR/Training or Learning environment
- Proficient in the use of IT desktop packages, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- A ‘Can-do’ attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Team Player
