  • Close working with policy and other teams across communications, to understand and plan for priorities, ensuring support where required from teams across the department.
  • Provide professional communications advice to Ministers, special advisers, senior policy officials and communication colleagues;
  • Build and develop skills and capability in the team and flex resource to meet emerging demands;

Essential:

  • A strong track record in Marketing with a proven ability to deliver innovative and evidence-based behaviour change campaigns across the full marketing mix, including paid-for advertising, PR, partnerships, influencers, owned and earned.
  • Solid strategic thinking to inform campaign planning and development, with the ability to see the bigger picture and factor into decision making.
  • Strong understanding and experience of applying different evaluation methods to measure impact and optimise campaign performance.
  • Experience of building and maintaining relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading effective teams across locations, being flexible to emerging priorities and demonstrating a willingness to get involved when required.
