On behalf of DWP, we are looking for a CAFM Systems Supply Manager (Inside IR35) on a contract which runs to the end of March 2026 and is a hybrid role so requires up to 3 days a week in the nearest DWP hub office not London

The Estates Data & Systems team is a strategic enabler for DWP Estates, delivering robust, validated, and assured data, systems, and insight. As Estates Systems Manager - CAFM, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the management, governance, and continuous improvement of our Integrator’s Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems and digital estate solutions. You will drive supplier performance, lead on stakeholder engagement, and assure seamless system integration between suppliers, particularly during hypercare phases following DWP Estates mobilisation of Total Facilities Management (TFM), Guarding, and SCC contracts.
As a CAFM Systems Supply Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead system and data governance across Estates teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Oversee supplier performance and relationship management, holding suppliers to account for delivery and data quality.
- With the Estates Systems Lead develop and deliver the CAFM systems strategy, aligning with Estates and DWP Digital objectives.
- Lead on implementing the governance for assuring integration of CAFM, assuring robust API management and seamless data flows.
- Oversee system enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery in partnership with digital teams and suppliers.
- Deputise for the Estates Systems Lead (G7) as required, providing strategic and operational leadership across BAU and Workplace Services priorities.
Essential Skills
- Substantial experience in CAFM system management, including governance, supplier management, and digital transformation.
- Substantial experience working with an Integrator model, including mobilising contracts, assurance and supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing hypercare activities post-mobilisation of large-scale FM contracts (Total Facilities Management, Guarding, Security Control Centre).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with API’s, system integration, and digital estate solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in supplier performance management and contract mobilisation.
- Strong self starter with a proactive approach to all duties
