Description & Requirements


We are currently recruiting for x2 Strategic HR Business Partners (Inside IR35) for a 12 hybrid contract x2 days in Liverpool and the remainder is working from home.


As a Strategic HR Business Partner, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Strategic People Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with business goals, future capabilities, and cultural development.


  • Organisational Design & Workforce Planning: Lead organisational design and strategic workforce planning initiatives, translating business strategy into future-ready structures, roles, and talent pipelines


  • Change & Talent Leadership: Drive change, leadership development, and succession planning while fostering employee engagement and inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.


  • Data-Driven HR Solutions: Use people analytics and external trends to inform decisions, measure HR impact, and ensure compliance with legislation through progressive, people-centric policies


Essential:


  • CIPD qualified


  • Experience of workforce planning


  • Experience of working within a change environment


  • Senior stakeholder engagement experience


Desirable:


  • MCIPD level 7


  • Experience of using Workday
