On behalf of The Insolvency Service , we are looking for a SIAM Transition Business Analyst Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based REMOTELY with occasional travel to Birmingham for workshops
As a SIAM Transition Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead requirements gathering and business process development to support the SIAM transition, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders across technical, commercial, and project teams to extract insights, facilitate collaboration, and support supplier transition activities.
- Support procurement and supplier evaluation, contributing to bid analysis, clarification, and ensuring requirements are met for a smooth SIAM service transition.
- Lead and facilitate discussions to support development of any thinking and/or products:
- Own strategic content and documentation, including business cases and transition plans, while challenging assumptions and driving clarity throughout the SIAM change lifecycle.
Essential:
- Proven experience as Business analyst in SIAM Transition Projects
- Experience in business processing
- Experience in requirements gathering
- Proactive
Desirable:
- Demonstrated experience supporting procurement activities, including involvement in commercial and competitive tender processes, bid evaluation, and supplier engagement.
- Collaborated within cross-functional teams to engage with suppliers, clarifying bid details and uncovering the nature and scope of proposals through targeted discussions. Part of a team – clarification lease with supplier to tease the nature of bids
