Description & Requirements
On behalf of the Bank of England, we are looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 12 Month hybrid contract based 2 days per week in London or Leeds.

Note: SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position, (and speed at which we require a postholder in situ), preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance
You will understand and analyse user and business needs. As a senior digital business analyst you will have a good understanding of strategic arenas and leads large and complex projects. You will have functional and / or people management responsibilities, develop best practice, own stakeholder relationships and manage communities of practice activities.
Typical Skills:
- Working to an agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope. Take responsibility for investigative work and drive analysis and collection of information to create recommendations for service improvements.
- Analysis of large amounts of complex information, current services and processes and ability to optimise and to produce solutions.
- Model advanced and complex situations across more than one business function or programme and communicate the results clearly to senior stakeholders. Apply a digital understanding to the work and identify and implement solutions.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the target operating model and identify the impact on operational service.
- Lead others to innovate in their work as well as enabling them to innovate on their own and ensure they are using the right tools and methodologies.
- Influence stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Work to test plans to design and execute them and highlight risks. Work collaboratively with user researchers and have an understanding of the difference between user needs and user desires.
Experience Required
- Should have experience of working in complex business organisational /change programme
- Should have lean/ six sigma/ process design and mapping experience (BPMN standard)
- Should have worked in complex policy/ regulatory programme environment alongside other BAs
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ideally working in an organisational/ re-design project
- Ideally experience in financial services
- SharePoint and Migration expereience
