On behalf of Crown Commercial Services (CCS), we are looking for an Executive Assistant (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract on a hybrid basis (2 days from Liverpool or Birmingham)

As an Executive Assistant your main responsibilities will be:
- Proactive management of the Directors diary, resolving conflicting demands on the director's time and planning schedules, ensuring that time management is optimised.
- Dealing with highly sensitive issues, acting with diplomacy and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Arranging business travel and accommodation for the Directors and other senior members of staff as required.
- Booking meeting rooms and office passes.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive and up to date electronic filing systems for effective storing and retrieving of key data.
- Processing expenses for approval
Essential:
- Public sector experience
- Confident organised individual
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage conflicting priorities
- Experience of Google Suite / Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- SC clearance
